Mallory became a professional fundraiser in 2007, after serving as a volunteer fundraiser in unofficial capacities for many years.
A LOTUS 1-2-3 user before Excel was a thing, Mallory has a passion for data-driven decision making. She has a proven track record of using data to exceed goals, and she loves to build systems to capture, measure, and report outcomes.
As a seasoned front-line fundraiser, she is well versed in annual, major, and planned giving programs. Her talents include prospect analysis, designing comprehensive interactive reporting tools, coaching, and moving prospects through the pipeline.
A lifelong Arkansan born in the Delta, Mallory is an authentic relationship builder whose success has been based on working smarter and harder.

Jennifer brings a brilliant operations mind and 20 years of fundraising experience to the DDP team. She’s worked across industries, including healthcare and higher education, and gets giddy when she talks about numbers, processes, policies, and data.
Prior to her move to fundraising operations, Jennifer was in private practice with Wolff Law Firm, P.A. and Hyden, Miron & Foster. While practicing in those firms, she developed a passion for planned giving.
Jennifer retired with the rank of Major from the 189th Airlift Wing of the Arkansas Air National Guard with more than 20 years of service.
Jennifer is a problem solver. She’s also a people person who has great energy and a contagious smile. She brings the fun to data.
